He leads the company’s vision: bring requirements, deadlines, and early warnings into one place so clients can make informed decisions and stay ahead of issues. His focus on practical solutions continues to shape the platform and the team behind it.

Joe brings over a decade of experience across building compliance, real estate operations, property management, and energy efficiency to his role as Chief Operating Officer. He combines firsthand industry knowledge with a practical approach to improving how BCompliant serves its clients. His focus is on connecting technology, people, and processes to make compliance clearer and easier for property owners and managers.

Nate brings over 10 years of experience in building code consulting and violation remediation to BCompliant. His background includes building monitoring, DOB expediting, and ECB hearing matters across city agencies. As Director of Violations, he leads the team through corrective work, filings, and resolution, helping owners and managers navigate even the most complicated cases with a clear plan.

Alex leads the engineering behind BCompliant’s platform, including the dashboards, alerts, and integrations clients use every day. He turns complex compliance information into software that helps owners and managers see what matters and take action. His work connects the team’s industry knowledge with a clearer, more useful digital experience.

Madison brings a background in municipal government, energy policy, and legal advocacy to BCompliant’s Violations Team. Her experience at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Climate & Environmental Justice includes work as Acting Assistant General Counsel, Utility Consumer Advocate, and Clean Energy Policy Advisor. She draws on that regulatory perspective to help clients navigate building violation matters and the steps toward resolution.

Bailey brings experience at Vedder Price and Weil, Gotshal & Manges, including work in banking and finance, to BCompliant’s Violations Team. Earlier legal experience includes a judicial internship with the Court of Appeals of Georgia and an externship with the EEOC. At BCompliant, Bailey applies that legal background to helping clients navigate building violation matters with clear guidance and careful preparation.

Gabriella keeps the details of violation matters organized and moving forward. As an associate on the Violations Team, she tracks deadlines, prepares filings, and coordinates follow-up from notification through resolution. Her work helps clients and colleagues stay informed about what is needed and what comes next.

Isaac combines a background in business studies at Yeshiva University with hands-on building compliance work. On BCompliant’s Compliance Team, he helps property owners and managers track inspections, filings, and deadlines. His focus is on organizing the details, following through on requirements, and giving clients a clear understanding of what needs attention.

Ryan brings experience in property management, construction coordination, and project management to BCompliant’s Compliance Team. His background includes roles with MD Squared Property Group, Rabina, and Wallack Management. Having worked directly with residential and commercial properties, he understands the operational demands behind compliance and helps clients coordinate requirements, deadlines, and next steps.

Katie holds a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a business minor through the Isenberg School of Management and a Letter of Specialization in Constitutional Law. She brings that foundation in law and business to BCompliant’s Compliance Team, helping owners and managers organize their obligations and navigate building requirements.

Megan brings more than 15 years of sales experience in the building compliance industry to her role as Head of Sales. She combines industry knowledge with a personal, attentive approach to understanding each client’s needs. Leading BCompliant’s Sales Team, she helps property owners and managers find practical solutions for their portfolios and builds relationships grounded in clear communication and dependable support.

Peter brings over a decade of experience in building compliance, client account management, and violation resolution. His background in ECB research, hearings, and violations coordination gives him a practical understanding of the challenges property owners and managers face. On BCompliant’s Sales Team, he helps clients find the right support through clear communication, responsive service, and lasting relationships.

Frumie helps property owners and managers explore how BCompliant can support their buildings. As an Account Executive on the Sales Team, she introduces prospective clients to the platform and services, helping them understand the options available. Her focus is on making the first steps toward working with BCompliant clear and approachable.

Leah connects prospective clients with BCompliant’s building compliance services. As an Account Executive on the Sales Team, she helps owners and managers explore support for their portfolios and understand how the company works. She supports a straightforward introduction to BCompliant, from initial questions to next steps.

Jesse brings a background in accounting, financial analysis, technology, and operations to BCompliant. His prior work includes tax preparation, bank reconciliations, financial statement review, and budgeting, complemented by software engineering training. He applies that combination of financial and technical experience to keeping BCompliant’s accounting organized and supporting the team’s day-to-day operations.
